DESCRIPTION
The project was a high-class residential development consisting of eight 22-to-32-storey blocks located at Jardine’s Lookout, together with a well-designed communal garden and other amenities. Making use of tower working platforms in combination with traditional bamboo scaffolding, we carried out major works of this project for external wall refurbishment works of Blocks 1 to 7, including removing of external finishes, fixing concrete defects, and re-tiling. Other works included renovating the main entrance lobby and covered walkway, refurbishment of the tennis court, podium garden, water fountain, fishpond and new granite wall cladding, as well as replacement of drains and associated electrical installation systems.
