Our History
The Group was established at the end of 1989 to engage principally in the construction business involving construction works in commercial, industrial,
recreational and residential projects in Hong Kong. The first two building projects were the construction of an 8-storey commercial and residential
complex in Discovery Bay and Regency Park (six blocks of 17-storey residential buildings) in Kwai Chung.

Healthmate Products Limited was incorporated.
2019
Million Hope Industries Limited spinned off from the Group and publicly listed on The Stock
Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, renamed as Million Hope Industries Holdings Limited.
2017
The Group purchased 3 floors of Kings Wing Plaza 1 at Shek Mun for office use and leasing as investment property.

The Group set up Collezione Wine Cellars Limited, establishing wine storage, whole selling and retailing services.
2008
The new processing plant (Million Hope New-Tech Building Supplies (HuiZhou) Limited) in Huizhou, PRC,
for the production of aluminium windows and curtain walls was put into operation.
2006
Hanison Foundation Limited was incorporated.
2003
The Group acquired Retailcorp Limited to carry out health products business. Retailcorp Limited runs retail
chain stores providing health care equipment, health supplements and beauty care products under the trade name of Health Plus.
2002
Hanison Construction Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 896) was publicly listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Group purchased 74,428 square feet of premise space at Shatin Industrial Centre partly for use as the Group's Head Office and partly for use as rental properties.

Hanison Construction Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in September 2001. Hanison Estate Services Limited was incorporated.
2000
To further expand its building materials business, the Group acquired Ng Tai Kee Company Limited (now renamed Tai Kee Pipes Limited) to specialise in the supply of piping products.
1997
Hanison Contractors Limited was incorporated.
1996
Hanison Interior & Renovation Limited was incorporated to commence interior & renovation business.
1993
Trigon Building Materials Limited was incorporated to commence building materials business.
1992
The Group commenced property development business.
1990
The Group commenced its construction business (Hanison Construction Company Limited & Hanison Contractors Limited) in Hong Kong.
1989
Hanison Construction Company Limited was founded to commence construction business in Hong Kong.
