The project was to carry out refurbishment of external façade for four blocks of 7-storey, 50-year-old luxury residential building. The works included external wall patch repairing works, painting works, roof waterproofing works, architectural features, renovating entrance lobbies, multi-function room and all of public areas and related building services such as mechanical ventilation and air conditioning works, underground drainage works and new electrical vehicle charging system, etc.
