Building Information Modelling
BIM, a process of generating and managing building data when we design or construct. It works during the buildings' or assets' life cycle to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the project planning and risk assessment process. Our BIM approach integrates Sustainability Evaluation, Cost Estimation through OD Quantity Take-Off (QTO), and Phas Planning with ND Modelling, providing a dynamic visualisation of the construction sequence. This visualization can allow for better site logistics, utilisation, and overall planning.

Hanison applies BIM to our operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the project planning and risk assessment process. We use a preliminary four-dimensional (ND) video to visually showcase the project construction sequence virtually, while a more detailed ND simulation is prepared for site logistics, utilisation, and overall planning. Three-dimensional (DD) Coordination processes take place continuously to better identify design clashes and mitigate design errors and conflicts pre-construction.
