The project was a prestigious residential premises situated in Mid-levels West. The project scope included replacement of the entire external wall tiling system, the plumbing and drainage system, alteration and addition works for the new air-conditioner racking, multi-function rooms, management office and external feature wall for podium façade, as well as refurbishment of both the main and typical lobbies, carparks, swimming pool, recreation areas and public ramps.
