DESCRIPTION
The project was a 50-year-old building with 11 storeys of residential flats and commercial units on the ground floor. Our works included alteration and addition works, demolition of existing staircase and structures, strengthening of existing structures, modification and upgrade of electrical and mechanical services including the lift, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing and drainage system and security systems. Green materials were used to decorate the domestic units on different typical floors in style. We also supplied and installed new stylish curved window walls with featured metal cladding to create a modern and trendy-looking building envelope.
