The project was a large old residential development with six 20-storey blocks. There are two apartments per floor, offering a total of 240 apartments. In this project, we refurbished the external walls, replaced the plumbing and drainage system, conducted alteration and addition works at the front lift lobbies and staircase, as well as refinished and renovated the public facilities.
