DESCRIPTION
The project comprised five residential blocks, providing a total of 200 units. We revamped the properties by renovating the external walls, carpark, lift lobbies, main entrance, podium, gymnasium room as well as replacing the mechanical ventilation and air conditioning rack, plumbing and drainage system.
