The project was a prestigious residential development consisting of five elegant 12-storey buildings with spacious apartments located at Mid-levels. In this project, we used tower working platforms and traditional bamboo scaffolding to carry out external wall refurbishment works, including removing external finishes, fixing concrete defects, and re-tiling. Other works included renovating the upper, middle and lower levels of carpark area and all associated driveway, refinishing the main entrance, the front entrance of each block at lower level, swimming pool and changing rooms, soft landscape area, front and back staircases; construction of new management office and guard houses, as well as replacement of drains and associated electrical installation system.
