DESCRIPTION
To reduce nuisance to the building occupants, mast-climbing platforms had been adopted for external wall refurbishment. It was the 1st project in Hong Kong to use extensively 23 sets of mast-climbing platforms simultaneously in one project. The advantage of using mast-climbing platforms were unobstructed view of vision from the building. Good ventilation mitigated the spread of virus and disease. The tidiness and outlook of the building remained good during renovation. We also performed the works including the refurbishment of exterior wall, front entrance and podium gardens, the interior fitting-out works for the 2/F clubhouse and lift lobby, as well as the structural alteration and addition works, high-class interior fitting out work and building services system for the 3/F clubhouse.
