The project was to carry out conversion works of a 4-storey industrial building aged 50 years above into commercial and office usage. Works includes demolition and repartitioning to internal areas, upgrading barrier free requirements as well as replace new main electrical switch board, constructing new sprinkler water tank, new generator and all electrical and mechanical installations. External works included replacement of window system, redressing up external finishes and texture paint, and installing attractive light boxes and timber finish façade on frontage.
