The project includes the construction of a 30-classroom school featuring a 5-storey block, assembly hall, science labs, and creative media rooms. Systems include district cooling, PV panels, and rainwater harvesting.

The project also involved the design and build of driven H-piles and the integration of vertical and roof greening systems.

The project has been awarded the Final Gold rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.2 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
