The project was a residential estate comprising three blocks with 41 to 44 storeys located in Mid-Levels. In this project, we retiled the external wall by using matrix scaffold system with combination of metal and bamboo scaffolds, refurbished the carpark, podium and main entrance, carried out plumbing and drainage system and electrical works, as well as resurfaced the driveway and pavement.
