DESCRIPTION
The project was to carry We carried out interior fitting-out works for the hotel and office block, consisting of a 17-storey hotel with 187 guest rooms, a 2-storey office, a 3-storey hotel outlet including banquet room, function room, staff canteen and cafe with kitchen, and a 2-storey basement carpark. The works included ceiling, wall and floor finishes, tailor made furniture, supply and installation of lighting feature, curtain and blind, associated electrical and mechanical services and extra low voltage system, and new design and built terracotta cladding at façade including BD submission.
