Located in an exclusive area, the project consisted of two 25-storey residential buildings, offering a total of 92 apartments, a penthouse, a 2-storey carpark, a podium, and common areas. The project covered a wide scope of renovation works, including refurbishment of external walls, addition of partitions to fit the new floor layout for typical residential units, building services (lifts, smart systems, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems) modification and upgrading, design, supply and installation of all windows, louvre, balustrade, sliding doors, and cladding, metal works for the building envelope, as well as interior fitting-out works for the elegantly designed lift cars, lift lobbies and apartments.
