DESCRIPTION
The project consisted of two residential towers. In this project, we used the tower working platforms and traditional bamboo scaffolding to carry out external wall refurbishment works, including removing external finishes, fixing concrete defects, and re-tiling. Other works included refinishing of swimming pool, changing room and podium landscape area, ground floor fence walls, common areas, grand staircase, carparks, typical lift lobbies and ground floor entrance lobbies, all features and fittings at podium front elevation, as well as replacement of building services.
