A modern and stylish residential development was transformed from Regal Court and Wing Fung Building. We refurbished the 120 units to a range of textures, colours and spaces, as well as modernisation of the common lift lobbies, entrance lobbies, staircase and external walls. Our works included demolition of existing partition walls, finishes and fixtures, construction of new partitions, redecoration of internal walls, ceilings and floor finishes, supply and installation of new furniture and fixtures, building services upgrade, modification of external façade, and replacement of all aluminium windows, doors and external mechanical ventilation and air conditioning units.
