The project consisted of three 20-storey blocks at Mount Butler. In this project, we used tower working platforms and traditional bamboo scaffolding to carry out external wall refurbishment works, including removing external finishes, fixing concrete defects, and re-tiling. Other works included renovating the lift lobbies at typical floors and podium floor, as well as podium landscape area. We also carried out refinishing works for swimming pool, changing rooms, carpark floors, and G/F main entrance lobby, as well as construction of new covered walkway and replacement of drains and associated electrical installation systems.
